1. REFRACTORY CONCRETES FOR APPLICATION TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 100-1850 oC
They are suitable for the rapid construction of the masonry of a wide variety of furnaces, kilns and heat treatment equipment. These can be solid or lightweight insulating concretes. They are abrasion resistant, have high compressive strength, good thermal conductivity or very good thermal insulation. From these concretes, we can also produce pre-shaped products to meet specific needs, which can be easily and quickly installed on site.
MAIN TYPES:
solid refractory castables
refractory castables with low (LC) and ultra low (ULC) cement content
standard gunning materials
low porosity gunning materials
insulating castables
plastic masses
dry vibro masses
ramming masses
coating materials / gunning materials / repair materials
mortars / refractory adhesives
products that can be applied by injection
tapping hole patching material
pre-shaped refractory shapes
A special product family of refractory concretes is our own development range of chemical-bonded refractory concretes, which allow for very rapid heating, so that the repaired masonry can be heated to operating temperature in as little as a few hours. These products are marketed under the AUFLOW brand.
In all cases, please consult our experts to help you choose the product that best meets your needs.
2. REFRACTORY BRICKS FOR APPLICATION TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 100-1850 oC
They are suitable for the masonry of a wide variety of furnaces, kilns and heat treatment equipment. Their advantage is that they do not require slow warm-up when putting back the equipment into operation.
These bricks can be made of fireclay or materials with a high aluminium oxide content. They may be made of basic or silicon carbide, but we also offer a range of bricks made of a number of special materials.
In all cases, please consult our experts to help you choose the product that best meets your needs.
OUR MAIN PRODUCTS:
refractory insulating bricks
fireclay bricks: with 30-45 % Al2O3 content
bricks with high alumina content, with 45-99,5 % Al2O3 content
basic products
magnesite
magnesite-chrome
chrome magnetite
silicon carbide bricks
carbonated products
silica bricks
3. TECHNICAL CERAMICS AND CERAMIC TUBES
TECHNICAL CERAMICS
A detailed listing of technical ceramics is almost impossible. They can be very diverse in terms of both material and form. The sizes range from intricate, post-machined small pieces of a few tenths of a gram to pieces several metres in size. We can also supply 3D-printed ceramics to meet individual small-scale requirements.
CERAMIC TUBES
The ceramic tubes and laboratory crucibles of the German manufacturer Schunk Ingenieurkeramik are exclusively distributed by our company in Hungary.
INTENDED USES:
Kanthal support tubes
Ceramic protective tubes for heating elements
Electrical grommets
Wear resistant ceramic tubes
Ceramics for induction tube furnaces
Thermocouple fibre conductors and protection tubes
Laboratory crucibles
In all cases, please consult our experts to help you choose the product that best meets your needs.
4. REFRACTORY INSULATING MATERIALS 200-1800 oC
Refractory insulating materials can be manifested as insulating bricks, ceramic fibre materials or insulating concrete. Each of these materials must be suited to the needs of the specific application.
Standard classification temperature for insulating bricks includes 6 different categories between 1260-1790 oC . They were developed to meet the need for specific thermal and physical properties. Ultra-light insulating bricks are available in the temperature range below this. Each of these qualities is available in a variety of standard brick sizes, but also in wedge bricks and custom-made pieces.
Ceramic fibre materials are suitable for temperatures between 600-1800 oC. Within this wide range, there are also several categories of products of different qualities. They can be in the form of bulk fibre, fleece, paper, felt or vacuum formed sheets.
Refractory insulating concretes are characterised by their ease of application (pouring, leaning, gunning) and therefore allow the easy construction of complex wall structures.
In all cases, please consult our experts to help you choose the product that best meets your needs.
